Troubleshooting

On startup the sender will check its connection to the pressure sensor transducer. If it fails you will see the error message shown above.

Try the following to ensure a good connection:

1. Disconnect the cord from the body by unscrewing the quick connect. Check the cord end for damaged wires. If it looks good, reinsert and screw back in finger tight.

2. Check the transducer. Did the screw on top come loose? Any wire damage?

If there is any wire damage causing the issue, please contact us and a new cord will be sent to replace it. It’s a simple 1 screw and 30 seconds to swap it out.

If there is no obvious damage it is likely it will need returned for repairs.

The diagnostic screen will display information about the signal strength to the display and other information useful for troubleshooting.

If you aren't receiving readings on the display, check to see if packets are being sent. You may have different range settings on the sender and display. Use the menu to verify they are set the same.

If the screen backlight is not functioning automatically, check to see if the light sensor is showing different levels by covering it with a finger. You may have the backlight turned on or off. Use the menu to verify the backlight display setting.
